Common Questions
Why is goat considered a novel protein?
Goat is not commonly found in commercial dog foods, making it a popular choice for dogs with food sensitivities. It is also frequently used as part of hypoallergenic and elimination diets because many dogs have had little or no previous exposure to it.
Why do the tails still have fur on them?
The fur provides another natural texture that many dogs enjoy chewing. It also supplies insoluble fibre, making fur-on treats a popular choice for owners looking to feed a more natural variety of treats.
Are Goat Tails suitable for smaller dogs?
Yes. They can be enjoyed by dogs of all sizes, although the chewing experience will vary depending on your dog's size and chewing style. Always supervise your dog with natural chews.
How long will Goat Tails last?
Every dog chews differently, so there is no set chew time. Most dogs enjoy them as a satisfying natural chew, with duration depending on their size and enthusiasm.

Natural variation

Where products are sold by weight, measurements are as accurate as possible; however, slight variation can occur due to the natural nature of the treats.
Ingredients & processing
Our natural dog treats are gently dehydrated to help retain nutrition and are free from additives and preservatives.
Natural aroma
Natural treats can have a strong smell. While we can’t guarantee you’ll love it, your dog usually will. Strong aroma is normal and does not indicate any issue with freshness or quality.

Always feed under supervision and ensure fresh drinking water is available. Treats are intended for supplemental feeding only and are not a complete meal.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Mum….. I love the hairy treats, they stimulate my brain as well as my bite… yum!❤️
My heeler x loves to shred toys, especially those made from rope. These tails have given her a safe way to use those instincts to shred, with the bonus of keeping her gut happy with the fur! They do have a bit of smell (to be expected with goats) which doesn't bother me, and a few tufts of fur are left over after chowing down (I mixed those back into her kibble with some yoghurt to get the most out of the fur benefits).
I was sceptical at first handing Bernie the Goats Tail with fur on wondering if he’d show interest in it. Immediately he started biting on the tail chewing it up until it was completely gone minus a bit of hair. He was even sniffing around fur any crumbs that may have fallen out of his mouth. It was a winner in his eyes
