Order Delivery, Tracking & Address Responsibilities

All orders are shipped using a tracked service via Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped, and will receive updates from Australia Post.

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided to Bonza Dog Treats is correct.

In the event that your order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address due to your error, Bonza Dog Treats are not liable if the order is lost or not delivered. If the order is returned to Bonza Dog Treats you may choose to pay the amount required for redelivery, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order your refund will be made less the amount paid for postage, or in the case of free postage, the amount paid by Bonza Dog Treats to Australia Post for the original shipment.
