Orders over $150 to metro and regional postcodes receive free standard shipping. We charge $12.50 flat rate for all other orders to metro and regional postcodes sent using Standard service.

Express Post is calculated at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed. Please check the tracking details if your parcel hasn't arrived - it may be awaiting collection at your Post Office if the postie felt it wasn't safe to leave it.

If Australia Post advise your item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please open an enquiry with Australia Post. They will carry out an investigation, and if they find the item to have been wrongly delivered, will arrange compensation with you. If tracking shows the item as having been delivered to the address provided, we do not refund or replace lost or stolen parcels.

Please note that we do occasionally use recycled cardboard to provide extra protection to treats. Sometimes your order may be packed in a recycled box. We do use a lot of packaging to try to ensure that your treats reach you in great condition - by using recycled cardboard where we can, we reduce the amount of waste which we generate. 

Our packing peanuts are made using cornstarch and are biodegradable, and also dissolve in water.
