Common Questions
Why is rabbit considered a novel protein?
Rabbit is not commonly found in many commercial dog foods, making it a popular choice for dogs with food sensitivities. It is also frequently used as part of hypoallergenic and elimination diets because many dogs have had limited exposure to it.
Why does this chew have fur on it?
The fur adds a natural texture that many dogs enjoy and provides a source of insoluble fibre. Fur-on treats are a traditional part of whole-prey feeding and offer dogs a different chewing experience.
Does Rabbit Skin Twist help clean teeth?
The chewy texture encourages your dog to work through the treat, which provides a natural chewing action. While no chew replaces regular dental care, chewing can help support dental hygiene.
Are Rabbit Skin Twists suitable for puppies?
Yes, rabbit is a gentle protein option and these chews can be suitable for puppies who are ready for natural chews. Always choose an appropriate size and supervise chewing.

Natural variation
All of our products are natural dog treats, meaning each piece is unique. Size, shape, colour and thickness may vary from treat to treat.
Where products are sold by weight, measurements are as accurate as possible; however, slight variation can occur due to the natural nature of the treats.
Ingredients & processing
Our natural dog treats are gently dehydrated to help retain nutrition and are free from additives and preservatives.
Natural aroma
Natural treats can have a strong smell. While we can’t guarantee you’ll love it, your dog usually will. Strong aroma is normal and does not indicate any issue with freshness or quality.
Feeding guidance
Always feed under supervision and ensure fresh drinking water is available. Treats are intended for supplemental feeding only and are not a complete meal.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
First time Bernie has tried Rabbit skin and by the look of things it didn’t disappoint. Not one crumb was left. He seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed it
I absolutely love the twists and so do our dogs Archie and Bear. Great for their teeth, anal glands and entertainment.
They are really big so we halve them for the boys (both 25kg dogs).
Archie used to have anal gland issues despite adequate exercise and fibre/diet - since feeding him natural products with fur on he has stopped scootching and seems much happier.
Both my dogs love these. As soon as I offer them they grab them and are out the door to enjoy them. I am finding anything with fur seems to be very popular with both dogs. Even their poo is better after eating them. Long lasting chew that they love.
