"Best food toy yet"
The West Paw Toppl is a feeding bowl like no other.
Designed to be filled with kibble, wet or raw food, these make mealtimes fun for your dog.
The Toppl has rounded "teeth" inside, which together form a contoured cavity which help to hold food in place, making mealtimes a little more challenging for your dog. For dogs that are experienced with enrichment feeders, the small Toppl can be locked into the large Toppl for a more challenging experience.
Photos show some creative ways in which Toppl can be used to increase enjoyment for your dog. Thanks to @pennylanethegoldenretriever for sharing images.
My beagles love their Toppls! I fill them with their raw food for dinner and they have an absolute ball rolling the toppls round and licking their dinner. It’s a great way to add further enrichment to their meal times.
The Toppls may appear expensive at the outset but are well worth the investment - they are super sturdy for those who like to nibble on their feeders, very easy to clean being dishwasher safe and still soft enough to be safe and comfortable for the dogs to use. They will last years and years.
I bought the large topple as an experiment…my older large dog loves searching games but has always given up on food toys very quickly - it’s all too hard! The topple seems to keep his attention but isn’t do tricky that he wont persist. Both my smaller young girl and big older fellow loved the big topple so much that we’ve added a small to the collection so they can both have one simultaneously. They also lock in together - we’ve found adding Arch bundle treats works brilliantly!
Thanks so much for your review - we love Toppl, it's a great enrichment toy/feeder.
Maggie and Moose absolutely loved these! Very chewy and lasted longer than I thought they would. Will definitely buy these again.
Instant enthusiastic response as soon as the packet was opened. Definitely getting these again.
Great quality, these have been perfect for my teething puppy, she started having them around 12 weeks old when she was around 9kg and she couldn't finish them but they would keep her occupied for ages! Now she is 17 weeks old and 15kg and will finish the whole thing in 15-20 minutes. She loves them and has moved up to some of your other treats. Great starter for those baby teeth and not too smelly although I don't like them on the carpet.
My 2yo Staffy loves these. I hide them everywhere for her to find & it's now her favourite game. Also, I put them in ice cubes as a treat on hot days. Honestly she doesn't need an excuse to eat these.
Gypsy is 9 years old and has some joint issues with her back leg. I have been trying her with these treats to improve her joint issues. She has good and bad days. Also rubbing her leg with rapigel.
