Are hairy beef ears safe for dogs?
Yes. Hairy Beef Ears are air-dried natural chews designed for supervised feeding. The fur and cartilage are fully digestible for most dogs when fed appropriately.
Why is the fur left on the ear?
The fur acts as a natural source of insoluble fibre, helping support normal digestion and gut movement as it passes through the digestive system.
Do hairy beef ears help clean teeth?
Yes. The chewing action helps scrape plaque from the teeth while encouraging healthy chewing behaviour and gum stimulation.
What are the benefits of the cartilage?
Beef ears naturally contain cartilage, which provides naturally occurring chondroitin often associated with joint and mobility support.
Do these treats smell strong?
Hairy Beef Ears are not overly smelly, they do have a natural aroma which will vary in strength depending on how sensitive your sense of smell is.
Are these suitable for all dogs?
Yes, provided the correct size is selected and chewing is supervised. Smaller ears suit lighter chewers, while larger ears are better for medium to large dogs.

Natural variation
All of our products are natural dog treats, meaning each piece is unique. Size, shape, colour and thickness may vary from treat to treat.
Where products are sold by weight, measurements are as accurate as possible; however, slight variation can occur due to the natural nature of the treats.
Ingredients & processing
Our natural dog treats are gently dehydrated to help retain nutrition and are free from additives and preservatives.
Natural aroma
Natural treats can have a strong smell. While we can’t guarantee you’ll love it, your dog usually will. Strong aroma is normal and does not indicate any issue with freshness or quality.
Feeding guidance
Always feed under supervision and ensure fresh drinking water is available. Treats are intended for supplemental feeding only and are not a complete meal.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Our Husky loves these
Great long chew for both my staffies
Took them ages to get through the joint at base of ear
Highly recommend
Absolute favourite for a 1 year old staffy
It's huge which is good for my large dog. Kangaroo ear only lasts a couple of minutes for him so I was looking for something that can last a big longer. This lasted 30 min! Having fur on is good for their gut too!
My 16m old Rhodesian ridgeback loved this! First time eating a furry treat, and went down amazingly. She was so disappointed when I took it away half chewed, to save for later!
